Return Policy

Order changes and cancellations
    There are no order cancellations. Please make sure you want to place your order before ordering. Your order will be handled very quickly after you've placed your order, therefore please email info@blackmoony.com ASAP to make any post-order changes after your purchase. 


Returns
    Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your shipment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

    We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US PRIOR. 


Items with no less than 40% discount or marked as Final Sale are not refundable. Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale items can only be refunded to store credits. 


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Swimsuits are not allowed to be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed according to the resolution you chose. A full refund will be applied to your original payment method, within a certain amount of days.
    We only accept items arrive within 30 days after you received your approval refund email.


Exchanges
    We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to follow the returns process for a refund and repurchase the new item.
